New Customer Rewards Program – 5 things you need to know

Good day to all TBG fans, it’s been 2 weeks since my last post and admittedly, things have been busier on my side, which is a positive. In the past 2 weeks, me and my team have been working on a mini-project and boy are we glad that we can finally launch it.

It certainly took awhile for all the debugging but here it is finally – Team Board Game’s very own Customer Rewards Program!!! Response to this program has certainly been overwhelming and we thank you for that.

So, in return, we have compiled a list of 5 things that you must absolutely know about the Customer Rewards Program.

1. You can check your Customer Rewards Level


Want to find out your reward level? Want to find out how many team points you have left? My Account page is the holy grail where all the information is shown. From here, you can even change your shipping information and check out your recent orders.

 

2. Discounts are automatically applied during checkout

Automatic discounts

Through hours of coding, we have managed to make the discounts apply by themselves automatically at the checkout page. So, you enjoy a 1% off all board games if you have reward level 3, 2.5% off all board games if you have reward VIP level 3 etc..

 

3. We treasure our VIPs

If you look at our Customer Rewards Program, you would have noticed 3 tiers. 1 being the normal tier, 1 being the VIP tier and 1 being the Super VIP tier. So what’s the difference between all of them?

Well, there are quite a few perks of being a VIP. Reward level starting from VIP level would get 2 extra newsletters per month, giving them first hand access to exclusive goodies, such as promo cards, Kickstarter rewards etc..

Also, super VIPs get a priority queue to new releases, followed by VIP level. Last but not least, reward level starting from VIP level would get priority to home delivery too.

 

4. There is no membership fee

Unlike many memberships out there, TBG membership is free! And we intend to keep it that way. We don’t believe in making you pay for your membership. Rather, the longer you make us your preferred choice, the more we would reward you!

 

5. This system is in the Beta Phase (sort of..)

Every system has its bugs. As much as we clean up the system to ensure that it’s working at its optimal level, we know there might be a few bugs here and there.

So if you encounter any problems, such as discounts not applying, or discount amount not right, drop us a message via our contact form and we will do our best to rectify the problem asap.
