Ready for polling day?

This morning when it was raining, le Girlfriend: “You know why the weather is so cold today?”

Me: “Why?”

Le Girlfriend: “Cause it’s cooling day today”

-_- (You will get the joke if you are reading this from Singapore)

This week, we have 2 Kickstarter titles up for pre-order, Who Goes There 2nd Edition (WGT2) and Roll Player Adventures.

I’ve watched “The Thing” a few months ago, due to Covid-19 lockdown. And from what I read, seen and hear from customers, WGT2 replicates that uneasiness, where you are not sure if your crew mate is a human or an alien in human form.

And now, there are 2 gorgeous Art Covers for you to choose from: The Thing and The Outpost.

The next Kickstarter title is Roll Player Adventures. Just when you thought you know everything, Adventures transforms the game into a cooperative storytelling board game.

Now, in each of the game’s 12 storybooks, you’ll be asked to make choices, complete skill checks, and fight battles that will permanently alter the world of Ulos for that adventure and in future adventures. You’ll find new allies, make enemies, and uncover secrets that will change the world around you.

On to new & incoming stuff..

In Fuji Koro, players will try and gather sacred scrolls and blueprints for magical weapons, gather resources, craft the best possible gear, and try to get out of the volcano before it fully erupts.

To make matter worse, players will encounter fantastical dragons on their journey throughout the volcano, that they will have to try and defeat by themselves or with the help of other players.

To win the game, a player will have to score the most victory points by defeating dragons, exploring the cave, crafting the right weapons and bringing magical gear, dragon teeth and monks to the Shōgun during the end phase of the game.

Your Town Center is flourishing, but as the city grows, the need for emergency medical care grows with it. Fortunately, you and your business partners have the wherewithal to build a clinic to help those in need of more than first aid.

You quickly get a pre-admissions facility built to help process and route the different cases into the appropriate queues. Unfortunately, just before groundbreaking, your differing views of the ideal clinic cause a schism between you, and you go your separate ways, with patients already lining up in pre-admissions.

Each of you decides to build the clinic of your dreams, trying to hire doctors, nurses, and maintenance staff, and build new modules, specialized services, and even parking, in order to meet the needs of the patients ailing in pre-admissions.

This is your Clinic! Build it however you like to give patients the care they need, so you can make your Clinic the most popular one in town!

And finally, in Dune, both the Ixians and the Tleilaxu arrive.

Theilaxu: Led by a small council of Tleilaxu Masters – the fanatic, xenophobic Tleilaxu were tolerated because of their useful genetic engineering superiority. Although underestimated and loathed by others, they hoped to someday dominate all.

Ixian: The cyborg, Prince Rhombur of House Vernius, leads the Ixians, masters of manufacturing and technologies only they know how to deploy.

Both the Ixians and the Tleilaxu are integral to the economy of CHOAM and the Imperium. The royal family of Ix had once been one of the wealthiest in the Imperium.

Because of a successful invasion of Ix by the Tleilaxu and the Emperor’s Sardaukar, and then, after many years, the liberation of Ix by Ixian and Atreides forces, the Ixians and the Tleilaxu are mortal enemies.
